Gift certificates must be redeemed within the 2012 calendar year.

Gift Certificate does not automatically reserve a booking time. Please plan ahead and contact jon@atomicpopmonkey.com to discuss and book an appropriate date and time line for your project.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.

Gift Certificates are not applicable to any third party fees or costs such as (but not limited to: web hosting, domain registration, or printing costs.)

Gift Certificates cover a specific number of work hours based upon our hourly rate. Any additional time must be paid for by the redeeming party.

Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction.

If your project exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance via PayPal, money order, or check upon delivery.

The value on this card may not be redeemed for cash, check or credit, unless required by law. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

This card is not a debit or credit card and has no implied warranties.

Lost or stolen cards will be canceled and replaced only upon presentation of the original activation receipt.

This card may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor under penalty of law; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Cards obtained through unauthorized channels will be considered void.

Atomic Pop Monkey reserves the right to change/update these terms and conditions at its discretion.
